The IT Intern will assist in the Incident Management process, coordinate activities across departments, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while gaining valuable work experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Assists Incident Management in ensuring consistent end-to-end application of the Incident Management process with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager
Coordinates and manages the Incident Management process activities across departments and ensure meeting SLAs with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager
Escalates risks and issues to the IT Service Delivery Manager with the guidance of the Incident Manager
Assists Incident Management in ensuring consistent end-to-end application of the Incident Management process with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager
Coordinates and manages the Incident Management process activities across departments and ensure meeting SLAs with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager
SNOW, PowerBI, Qlik (insights), Python, data science knowledge
Reports and dashboards
Self-sufficient within ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Legally eligible to work in the U.S
