Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders to support business goals
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that promote growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and termination processes
Leverage HR data, metrics, and analytics to inform people of decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives
Coach and support facility leaders and HR representatives to strengthen leadership skills and team effectiveness
Facilitate training and development programs that align with our leadership development goals
Conduct fair and objective investigations into employee concerns and HR-related complaints
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
Promote employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that improve retention and morale

Qualification

Human ResourcesEmployment LawsHRIS ToolsLeadership DevelopmentHealthcare ExperienceCoaching SkillsInterpersonal SkillsProblem-Solving Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational support role
Strong understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management practices
Proven ability to use HRIS tools and data to support strategic decisions
Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
A genuine interest in leadership development, culture, and people growth

Preferred

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP /SHRM-SCP
Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage, though not required
