Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support management in daily operations and decision-making processes
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain clear, professional interactions with stakeholders and team members
Experience in Diary Management and scheduling to organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
Sound Clerical Skills for handling documentation, correspondence, and organizational tasks
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology for calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation
A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
