Responsibilities
Build financial models for banks and company principles
Research new markets, legislation, and technologies
Monitor loan covenants and project performance for compliance
Assist with bank diligence, legal review, and closing of loans and tax credit sales
Coordinate monthly loan draws for active construction projects
Forecast medium and long-term cash flow (3+ months out)
Manage insurance, bonding capacity, and diligence requests
Support asset management functions for operating portfolio
Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in corporate finance
Degree in business, finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Excel & VBA and experience working with LLMs
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages
Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to high ethical standards
Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
