LFSB Alumni Coordinator & Building Administrator
Campbell University, College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences is seeking an Alumni Coordinator & Building Administrator for their Lundy Fetterman School of Business. The role involves coordinating alumni relations programs, managing building activities, and ensuring effective communication with alumni and students while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, develop, and implement alumni and School of Business events and activities including on-site event management, networking and social events, lifelong learning presentations, seminars, conferences and signature events in accordance with departmental and the School's goals and objectives
Coordinate the design, schedule, and production of online and print event registration materials for upcoming events, create and distribute related promotional invitations and other materials to ensure excellent alumni and public outreach and engagement
Developing and managing the department's alumni & student engagement programs
Cultivate strong relationships and maintain extensive contact with LFSB alumni and students
Develop and organize the LFSB Alumni Day activities
Assist in coordinating the LFSB Alumni Virtual Mentoring Program with staff and faculty
Organize the LFSB Business Advisory Committee (BAC) semi-annual meetings
Partner with faculty and program directors in the development of high profile LFSB initiatives
Be a point-person for HR matters, including the hiring/onboarding process
Prepare the LFSB Monthly Report for the Provost
Prepare the annual Fetterman Report
LFSB travel process, including requests, reservations, payments, and distribution of reimbursement
Monitor classroom and building technology
Assist the department with the planning and coordination of School of Business events. This may require limited evening and weekend availability
Oversee building scheduling and upkeep
Coordinate with students, faculty, and staff, and outside organizations to reserve rooms for meetings and events in the building
Create and deploy class evaluations via Blackboard
Assist faculty members with classroom management and class assignments via Blackboard
Assist students with classroom support, and schedule travel for students participating in faculty-led school-related academic activities
Engaged with in-building event marketing and communication on video screens
Coordinate the collection of course syllabi and upload to Blackboard
Assist in the compilation of ACSBP submission documents and reports
Prepare and ship bulk mailings; filing; copy documents; retrieve LFSB mail
Reach out to prospective students and coordinate on-campus visits
Qualification
Required
A college degree is desired
Three to five years of satisfactory work history, preferably in administrative support and a fluency with technology desired
Experience in higher education settings is desired
Excellent computer, writing, and typing skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Very organized with the flexibility to multitask
Commitment to customer service
Thrives in a team-oriented environment where responding to unexpected changes or requests requires a team response
Maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail are essential
Work independently as well as function effectively in a team and within a diverse group of people
