Responsibilities
Assist in completing landscape projects ranging in scale from planting trees, shrubs, and perennials to hardscaping projects and drainage on client properties
Work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work
Continue on-the-job and classroom training on all aspects of Ryan provided services
Interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property
Work on landscape crew doing varying tasks as directed
Attend team meetings and continuing education
Assist with labor transfer to work as needed in other departments
Prepare equipment both at the beginning and end of the day
Communicate with clients
Drive company vehicles
Qualification
Required

Client communications
Driving of Company vehicles
Valid Driver's License & DOT Certificate
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day or more
Possesses a General knowledge of Design/Build practices. Additionally needs to have a basic understanding of the services RLT provides
Problem Solving Skills
General knowledge of department specific equipment maintenance and operation
Ability to work outside in all weather, year round
