Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions aligned with banking and financial services requirements
Ensure timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction through effective project planning, execution, and risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields
Proven experience (minimum 5-8 years) as a Project Manager in banking/financial services domain
Strong expertise in managing Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Business Intelligence projects
In-depth understanding of banking operations, risk management, compliance, and related data requirements
Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data modeling, SQL, and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications (preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple dependencies and adhering to strict regulatory standards
Preferred
Familiarity with banking-specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel, KYC, AML)
Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
