Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, organizations and other relevant entities to foster collaboration and extend outreach for the assigned program
Interact with diverse members of the community to help achieve program goals and objectives
Conduct activities to promote in-person or virtual outreach, public awareness and/or recruitment at community sites (ex. schools, faith-based organizations and other community-based organizations)
Identify and secure sites for presentations (in-person or virtually), outreach events and/or distribution of educational materials
Assist the Program Coordinator in developing an outreach calendar, as needed
Create program promotional or educational materials as appropriate for the program (ex. newsletters, brochures, flyers, handouts)
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate, General Studies, and one year of experience in healthcare or a community-based organization, upon hire
High School GED General Studies and one year of experience in healthcare or a community-based organization, upon hire
Fire Safety, within 90 Days
Preferred
Bachelors Of Arts Health Education or related field, and Experience working with community outreach or public health, upon hire
Bachelors Of Science Health Education or related field, and Experience working with community outreach or public health, upon hire
