COA Network Inc is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while managing multiple transactions in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of resale escrow transactions, including opening, processing, and closing files
Facilitate closings by preparing, reviewing, and executing escrow documents, settlement statements, and disbursements
Clear title requirements and ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to closing
Prepare and balance settlement statements in compliance with lender instructions and TRID requirements
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction flow
Record and file closing documents and distribute final closing packages
Ensure compliance with all escrow, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions under tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years' experience as an Escrow Officer handling residential real estate transactions
Active and verifiable book of business is required
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, closing requirements, and settlement processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with escrow software systems; RBJ experience is a plus
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high transaction volume and perform under pressure
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and aptitude with figures
High school diploma or equivalent required
