Responsibilities
Lead, architect, design, develop, and deploy complex .NET and cloud-based applications
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Implement Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles
Integrate applications with Azure services, APIs, and databases
Optimize performance, scalability, and security
Lead code reviews and enforce development standards
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Support production issues and contribute to long-term technical strategy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall software development experience
5+ years of .NET application development using Microsoft technologies
5+ years in a Technical Lead role mentoring developers
7+ years with Angular, React, or Blazor
5+ years working with Azure and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, APIs, and microservices
Experience working in a hybrid telework/office environment
