Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and optimization
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and healthcare objectives
Gather and prioritize requirements from clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering, UX, data, compliance, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, PHI handling)
Analyze product performance using KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
Communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with healthcare domain experience
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data, and regulatory requirements
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment (CST hours)
Preferred
Experience with healthcare platforms such as EHR/EMR, claims, payer systems, or clinical applications
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
Prior experience working with distributed engineering teams
