Uses tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Supports special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis
Develops reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement
Strong research skills, problem-solving mindset, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting
Uses tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Assists with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making
Supports special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis
Develops reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications
Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently
Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
Ensure all processes are well documented
Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution
Preferred
1-3 year's experience required
SAP knowledge preferred
Exposure to Agile program development methodology
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
