Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to understand strategies, risks, and security challenges
Provide cybersecurity leadership in defining and executing cyber-safe solutions
Evaluate solutions and recommend technical/process improvements aligned with Secure SDLC & DevSecOps
Perform architecture security reviews and support solution architecture documentation
Support cyber governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
Drive vulnerability remediation and develop sustainable vulnerability management strategies
Identify, track, and report cybersecurity metrics to stakeholders
Develop and own documented strategies to address key cyber risk areas
Stay current on security procedures, directives, and control technologies
Participate in working groups and guide development teams on secure architecture and design practices
Work closely with business security managers and enterprise cybersecurity teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
10+ years in information security or solution development/engineering
Security Standards & Frameworks: EU-CRA, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, OWASP
Security & Engineering Expertise: DevSecOps and Secure SDLC integration, Application architecture & DevOps tooling, Cloud platforms and service deployment, Threat modeling & risk analysis, Vulnerability assessment and remediation, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Defense-in-depth strategies, Embedded systems security, On-prem and cloud networking concepts, API & Web Services security, Connected asset security, Power BI (metrics and reporting)
