Responsibilities

Process customer orders and ensure complete and timely delivery of material
Request and receive project files
Process and log change orders and no-charge deliveries
Analyze and compare material list for cost analysis
Assist project managers as needed. Coordinate customer requests in the project manager’s absence
Update database to ensure accurate reporting
Adapts to evolving processes and participates in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and quality
Maintains a high level of attention to detail and accountability, ensuring follow-through on all responsibilities

Required

Experience in inventory, logistics, or related business applications

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally; both verbally and in writing with all levels inside and outside the organization

Preferred

Prior CLP or NMBS knowledge and experience will be preferred
(2-3) years of experience in the construction or building materials Industry
