Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising and relationship management
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong leadership and collaborative management abilities
Familiarity with nonprofit governance and financial oversight
Ability to represent OMP with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community
Preferred
Experience in the performing arts, especially classical
Grant writing and event fundraising experience
Understanding of Eugene's arts ecosystem and local funding landscape
