Handling warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls)
Explaining services and memberships clearly and confidently
Guiding guests toward consistent care
Closing memberships and tracking results
Answering phones with confidence and energy
Following sales processes and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
Experience in restaurant or hospitality service (servers do very well here)
Experience in retail or membership sales
Experience in guest-facing roles where persuasion matters
Comfortable talking on the phone
Comfortable asking for the sale
Comfortable being coached
Comfortable being accountable to numbers
Ability to handle warm inbound inquiries
Ability to explain services and memberships clearly and confidently
Ability to guide guests toward consistent care
Ability to close memberships and track results
Ability to answer phones with confidence and energy
Ability to follow sales processes and conversion metrics
Availability for evenings and weekends
Willingness to receive coaching and feedback
Willingness to be measured on conversion rates
