Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java to support application scalability and performance
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow
Architect and deploy cloud-based applications with a focus on high availability and scalability, primarily leveraging Azure or similar cloud platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and solutions
Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing expertise to elevate team capabilities and adherence to best practices
Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain system stability and resolve issues promptly
Participate actively in the full application lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering solution architecture, design specifications, and integration processes
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend development using object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java
At least 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API integrations
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security configurations, and deployment procedures
Proven expertise with relational database design, schema development, stored procedures, and query optimization
Strong knowledge of software design patterns and their application in scalable, maintainable solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including system analysts, project managers, and end-users
Strong commitment to following coding standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Availability to work remotely and independently manage priorities and deadlines
