Responsibilities
Processing of steadily incoming electronic and physical mail
Scanning and storing electronic copies of sensitive legal documents
Handling administrative tasks and requests from attorneys or clients
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
Preferred
Ability to operate a PC with a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
The ability to multi-task and work under direct supervision
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Adaptability and flexibility to assist with various tasks
