Sales Engineer - Healthcare & Medical Devices

The Sales Engineer is essential to converting technical validation into commercial success by supporting evaluations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validations across Wellysis’ wearable, software, and analytics platform.

Responsibilities
Support pre- and post-sales engagements to accelerate deal progression and close
Design and deliver technical demonstrations, PoCs, and solution architectures
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal sales, product, and engineering teams
Address product quality, performance, and integration questions during evaluations
Support onboarding, training, and early-stage deployments to ensure strong adoption
Contribute to proposals, solution documentation, and competitive positioning
Provide structured field feedback to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities
Ensure solution design and execution support commercial adoption, retention, and expansion objectives
Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
3-5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or sales engineering
Strong understanding of hardware, Bluetooth, and cloud-based architectures
Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, JSON, REST APIs)
Korean language fluency
