This role involves transactional and entry-level accounting tasks, including preparing artist wire packets, assisting with account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Prepare artist wire packets for approval through DocuSign
Assist Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests
Prepare event accounting flashes and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
0-3 years' comparable work experience
Quality problem solving and communication skills
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Preferred

Oracle experience a plus
