Responsibilities
Most assignments will involve the preparation of tax returns with additional responsibilities in supervising, reviewing returns prepared by associate staff members, working independently, and communicating with clients
Qualification
Required
CPA/EA or in the process of acquiring
3 - 5 years of experience in public accounting
1 - 2 years of review and advisory experience in a variety of industries
Comfortable researching and proactively advising clients on opportunities and best practices
Knowledgeable of the Firm's policies and procedures
Understanding of the rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of the AICPA
Understanding of pertinent IRC sections and regulations
Ability to employ successful research techniques through the use of various research sources available to the Firm
Preparation of tax returns
Supervising and reviewing returns prepared by associate staff members
Working independently
Communicating with clients
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Proficient with computer and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
