Client Service/Project Manager Restaurant & Hotel Marketing

The Host Stand Agency is a new kind of hospitality agency that mixes branding, tech, and culture to enhance guest experiences in restaurants and hotels. The Client Service/Project Manager will oversee day-to-day client operations, manage digital campaigns, and coordinate with a global team to ensure successful project execution and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main client contact and trusted partner for 3–5 accounts
Lead weekly client meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and assign clear owners
Field and prioritize incoming client requests; keep the roadmap realistic and expectations aligned
Produce crisp client deliverables: status summaries, task lists and monthly reviews
Manage onboarding: project setup, asset organization, access provisioning, and client training sessions
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task management in ClickUp / Notion / Monday
Manage scope creep, update SOWs/timelines and secure approvals for changes
Document and iterate SOPs, playbooks, and templates for repeatable use
Assign tasks across internal team members and offshore subcontractors; balance capacity across time zones
Onboard and brief freelancers and manage deliverables and continuity
Develop media plans, content calendars, campaign timelines, and supporting budgets
Partner with clients and subcontractors to set up and manage advertising accounts
Support the setup of multi-channel marketing funnels focused on awareness, acquisition, and retention
Assist with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and UTM implementation
Manage paid media execution alongside freelance specialists across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Display
Coordinate A/B testing and creative experiments; analyze performance and iterate quickly
Track, analyze, and report on full-funnel performance and campaign impact
Own the client content calendar: shoots, edits, captions, formats, and platform specs
Write clear creative briefs with goals, specs, KPIs and deadlines
Manage the DAM: uploads, tagging, version control and final asset signoff
Run creator/influencer briefs, track deliverables, manage rights and usage windows
Ensure creative variants are produced for paid + organic reuse and A/B testing
Coordinate Guest Data Platform (cGDP) integrations, CRM connects to POS, and audience segmentation
Oversee CRM automation flows (email, SMS, push) and validate triggers, suppression and attribution
Support first-party data collection, enrichment, and privacy-safe practices
Coordinate direct-message funnel tools and other first-party acquisition tactics
Help manage loyalty, gift card and reward program operational tasks
Oversee business profile management software tools for and with clients including Google Business Profile, Yelp, Trip Advisor etc, as well as aiding client with the implementation of reputation and review management software tools
Support optimization of local SEO, contextual search and listing optimizations for restaurant and hotel protocols
Support client with website improvements and refreshes
Support either client directly or subcontractor for the ongoing management of organic content placement across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
Collaborate with clients to source and publish authentic, user-driven content
Monitor engagement, trends, and audience interactions via Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch
Support the creation and management of landing pages, website funnels, and offers to improve conversion rates
Support A/B and multivariate testing of creative, copy, and layouts
Track and report on conversion metrics and learnings
Support the creation of new website and site refreshes
Own client trackers and monthly performance decks; pull, validate and synthesize data from ad platforms, GA4, CRM and other sources
Maintain dashboards (Sheets, Looker/Datastudio) and provide prioritized optimization recommendations tied to revenue or demand KPIs
Lead post-campaign retrospectives and translate learnings into playbook updates
Track media budgets, pacing and PO/invoice coordination
Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance
Surface risks, manage scope creep, and secure approvals for changes
Ensure tracking and data usage align with privacy requirements and client policies

Required

3+ years in account management, project management or client services (agency or in-house), preferably with hospitality exposure
Hands-on experience with paid, organic and CRM channels and a working familiarity with ad platforms and tracking
Comfortable running operational checklists, QA, and launch processes
Strong written/verbal communicator, you write clean briefs and run succinct client updates
Organized, calm under pressure, excellent at juggling priorities and managing people across time zones
Data literate, you can validate dashboards, read KPIs, and turn insights into next steps
Curious, pragmatic, and biased toward testing simple hypotheses and measuring outcomes
Remote-first posture and availability to overlap US hours as needed

Preferred

Direct hospitality (hotel or restaurant) marketing experience or agency background serving hospitality clients
Experience with OTA/booking engines, reputation programs, cGDP integrations, or CRO
Familiarity with influencer programs and creator platforms
Experience coordinating offshore vendors and freelance networks
