Responsibilities
Perform clerical work of moderate complexity which requires the utilization of typing skills, data processing skills and the processing of a variety of documents
Verify information, perform mathematical calculations, code, and assist the public in multiple ways
Answer telephones, operate two way radios, have excellent customer service skills, and assist other staff members as needed
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports
