Records Clerk - Fleet Services
The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Records Clerk in the Fleet Services Department. The role involves coordinating the input and retrieval of all Fleet data and analyzing vehicle and equipment data for the department.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the input and retrieval of all Fleet data
Analyze the vehicle and equipment data for the Fleet Services Department
Fill in for the Parts Room Manager in his absence occasionally
Qualification
Required
High school or GED
Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc
12 to 18 months related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in inventory control
Administrative supervision experience helpful
Working knowledge in the service area of a Fleet Services operation is desirable
Basic: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
Must possess a valid Oklahoma drivers license and be insurable
