Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties that are routinely executed seven days a week
Answer telephones
Operate two way radios
Have excellent customer service skills
Assist other staff members as needed

Performing mathematical calculations
Coding
Assisting the public in multiple ways
Sorting, filing, and retrieving documents
Entering information into the computer
Greeting visitors, answering telephone inquiries, and responding to emails to provide assistance or information regarding inquiries
Operating office equipment
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports
