Responsibilities
Provide executive level of administration support to the Division of Security
Assist with all aspects of human resource matters for divisional employees to include maintaining personnel files, leave and attendance reports, position descriptions, reclassify positions, employee evaluations, employee benefits, etc
Acts as liaison to Recruiting and Employment Branch, enters vacancies in NeoGov
Responsible for entering work orders, distributing supplies, receive, review and route incoming and outgoing mail
Prepares letters, memos, reports as directed
Assists with projects as required
Acts as backup for purchasing and allied billing specialist when needed
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience
A bachelor's degree and 3 years related work experience
Associates degree and 5 years related work experience
A high school diploma and 7 years related work experience in management of administrative work
Preferred
Knowledge is CRT and SCEIS is preferred
