Responsibilities
Develops and administers programs and interventions that support a safe environment for patients
Identifies risk areas and mitigation/correction strategies through proactive risk assessment, root cause analysis, apparent cause analysis, common cause analysis, event investigation, and data analysis
Provides consultation and education to members of the care delivery team to help create an environment of continuous quality and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
5 years - Clinical experience
5 years - Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments
Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models
Demonstrated leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management
Preferred
Master's Degree - Nursing, Public Health, Business, Healthcare or Business Administration
Adult medical surgical experience
