Customer Solutions Engineer (AI Agents)
Talent Vine is a fast-growing Series B AI startup building a highly configurable, self-hosted voice AI platform. They are seeking Customer Solutions Engineers to work directly with customers to turn fuzzy requirements into reliable, production-grade AI agents that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
Design and build conversational workflows using a no-code / low-code AI platform
Write, test, and iterate on prompts that drive consistent agent behavior
Introduce determinism using variables, control flow, and lightweight scripting
Translate ambiguous customer needs into concrete, measurable outcomes
Optimize agent performance against real KPIs (conversion, resolution, deflection)
Partner directly with customer stakeholders to deploy, refine, and scale solutions
Turn successful patterns into reusable playbooks and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience automating workflows, building systems, or shipping technical solutions
Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning problems end-to-end
Strong written communication and command of language
Outcome-oriented thinking (inputs → outputs → metrics)
Technical fluency (scripting, APIs, logic), even without a formal SWE background
Fast learner with high ownership and bias to action
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, prompts, or agent-based systems
Background in solutions engineering, customer engineering, or technical ops
Startup or founder experience
Exposure to regulated industries or complex business workflows
