Responsibilities

Source relentlessly: Deploy advanced sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of exceptional technical and non-technical talent before roles even open
Screen with rigor: Implement a disciplined screening process that separates good from excellent– assessing not just skills, but potential, mission alignment, and cultural elevation
Own end-to-end: Drive full-cycle recruiting from first outreach through offer acceptance, moving candidates through the process at speed while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
Build deep partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming their strategic partner who truly understands their needs and challenges
Operate at pace: Ramp up with exceptional speed, absorbing context quickly and delivering impact from day one in a fast-moving environment
Build infrastructure: Design hiring processes, evaluation frameworks, and reporting metrics that scale with our growth and drive data-informed decisions

Required

5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of exceptional sourcing & hiring for technical roles
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders– you're seen as a trusted partner, not just a service provider
Experience hiring in very fast-paced environments while maintaining an exceptionally high cultural and technical bar
Track record of autonomously driving hiring outcomes– you own the process and get candidates across the finish line
Background at high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure, AI, or data centers
