JLL is a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management. They are seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the organization, managing incoming communications and providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greeting and directing clients, guests, and visiting employees
Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate associates
Managing visitor tracking, including vendors and guests
Handling parking and vehicle logs, security access cards, and keys
Assisting with employee on-boarding/off-boarding processes
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Supporting the annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators
Performing various facility management assignments as directed

Qualification

Customer service experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsInformation technology proficiencyVisitor management systemsOffice management knowledgeFluency in English

Required

Minimum 2 years of customer service-related experience
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
Fluency in English
Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages

Preferred

Experience in a corporate reception or administrative role
Familiarity with visitor management systems
Knowledge of basic office management procedures
