Environment, Health and Safety Manager
Project Resource Collective is seeking an experienced EHS Territory Manager to support safety operations for construction and maintenance projects in the power generation sector. The role involves proactive safety planning, compliance oversight, and conducting project audits to ensure safety programs are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary EHS representative for assigned projects, primarily at power plants, with some mines, and other industrial sites
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, procedures, and job hazard analyses in collaboration with Superintendents before project mobilization
Conduct project audits β typically visiting the following week to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities
Support hiring processes for field teams with safety input and guidance
Perform incident investigations when required, including stepping in for the EHS Director during absences
Complete required safety-related documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping accurately and on time
Provide training, guidance, and support to field leadership to ensure safety requirements are understood and met
Maintain a presence in the office during slow seasons (some weeks may be entirely office-based)
Coordinate with clients on environmental considerations (hazardous waste, stormwater, etc.) when necessary
Qualification
Required
Dependable and experienced EHS Territory Manager to support safety operations for construction and maintenance projects, primarily in the power generation sector
Significant travel within Wyoming and the surrounding region
Overnight stays are common

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field OR equivalent field safety experience
8+ years of construction safety experience (EHS management, safety auditing, safety plan development)
MSHA certification preferred
Strong background in construction safety (industrial, mechanical, power generation)
Proficiency in incident investigations, safety audits, and OSHA compliance
High comfort level with technology (reporting systems, mobile apps, MS Office, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage workload without daily direct supervision
Knowledge of environmental compliance topics (hazardous waste handling, stormwater management) is a plus
