Director of Growth Marketing DTC
Warmies is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead blended growth across paid and non-paid channels, focusing on scaling the business while improving efficiency and customer economics. This data-driven role will be responsible for developing growth strategies, overseeing performance outcomes, and fostering collaboration across teams to drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
End-to-end growth strategy across paid media (Meta, TikTok, Paid Search) and non-paid channels (organic social, influencer seeding, affiliate)
Accountability for blended performance outcomes, including CAC, MER, new customer revenue, and contribution to LTV
Thoughtful budget allocation and scaling decisions informed by marginal efficiency, incrementality, and performance signals
Oversight of paid social strategy, including creative testing frameworks, messaging, and value proposition development
Close partnership with Creative to support consistent testing velocity and clear performance learnings
Ongoing evaluation of performance to inform when to scale, refine, or pause initiatives
Define the growth experimentation roadmap across paid media, offers, and on-site experiences
Partner closely with E-commerce and Creative on landing page development, testing, and iteration
Prioritize initiatives using customized scoring rubrics that balance impact, confidence, effort, and strategic alignment
Help establish repeatable testing and learning processes that support continuous improvement
Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
Support confidence in spend allocation and growth decisions through clear, executive-ready reporting
Operate effectively in environments where data may be directional rather than perfect
Work closely with E-commerce, Creative, Ops, CX, and Leadership to align growth strategy with inventory, messaging, and customer experience
Partner on planning around seasonality, gifting peaks, and supply considerations
Help create alignment and momentum across teams as initiatives scale
Lead and develop agencies and members of the growth team
Set priorities, establish operating rhythms, and support strong execution
Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Must reside in California or Illinois
5+ years of experience driving blended growth for a DTC or consumer brand at or beyond $50M in revenue
Strong paid social background paired with a testing and experimentation mindset
Understanding of incrementality and blended performance measurement
Experience partnering with E-commerce and Creative on on-site testing and optimization
Exposure to or ownership of organic social, influencer, and affiliate programs
Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing for impact
Clear communicator who connects performance data to business decisions
