They are seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to assist with residents' health, safety, and daily care needs by administering medications and personal care.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily care needs, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), following individualized care plans
Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed, within your scope of practice
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team
Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED
Prior healthcare or senior living experience is helpful
A current QMA certification in good standing
Ability to maintain required training and certifications
A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
Comfort using electronic documentation systems
Preferred
Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
