Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement complex SailPoint IdentityNow solutions including custom code, workflows, rules, and configurations
Lead development using Java/J2EE, BeanShell/JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, and Shell scripting
Own and enhance integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, ServiceNow, and PAM platforms
Design and optimize Access Reviews, RBAC models, SOD controls, and custom reports
Ensure adherence to IGA best practices, security standards, and audit requirements
Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization efforts
Establish and enforce development standards, source control (Bitbucket), and Agile delivery practices (Jira)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and IAM engineers
Partner with security, compliance, and business teams to translate requirements into robust identity solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management / Identity Governance
5+ years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityNow
Expert proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell/JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, and Shell scripting
Strong experience with SQL / Oracle and RDBMS concepts
Deep knowledge of IGA standards and protocols: SCIM, OAuth, REST APIs, SAML
Proven experience with RBAC, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and SOD
Experience with Agile frameworks, Bitbucket, VSCode, and Jira
Preferred
SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer / Architect certification
Experience with ITIL standards
Knowledge of logging frameworks (log4j)
Experience leading or supporting enterprise IAM transformations
