Responsibilities
Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and internal systems
Source candidates through internet searches, resume databases, referrals, and networking
Review resumes and screen candidates to assess qualifications
Conduct phone or video interviews
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather feedback
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication throughout the hiring process
Assist with salary discussions and offer details when needed
Maintain accurate notes and candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Support hiring managers by providing timely updates and guidance throughout each search
Work on several requisitions at once while meeting deadlines and expectations
Help promote company hiring practices related to compensation, staff development, and equal employment standards
Qualification
Required
Experience managing the complete recruitment process from the initial job posting to the final offer stage
Comfortable handling multiple openings at once
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
Preferred
Experience recruiting in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing is helpful
Strong general recruiting experience
