New Grad, Entry LevelPinnacle Public Adjusters is seeking a dynamic and driven Home Restoration Sales Representative to lead the charge in restoring and transforming homes for clients. The role involves engaging in outside sales activities, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, and territory management to expand our customer base
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, to foster trust and repeat business
Manage a client base efficiently by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales progress within CRM software such as Acculynx
Upsell additional services/products when appropriate
Collaborate with team to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, managing expectations, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through project completion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on business development a plus
Knowledge of CRM software such as Acculynx to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data effectively a plus
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to conduct compelling product presentations
Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels and motivation
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle with valid insurance
