Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain master data within ERP and planning platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
Establish governance procedures for data creation, modification, and deactivation
Create process documentation and user guides for data workflows
Serve as the primary steward for ERP data integrity and compliance
Develop a deep understanding of interconnected financial systems and support system integrations
Partner with technical teams to build interfaces, automation, ETL pipelines, and process enhancements
Coordinate with external implementation partners on system updates, testing, and data transformation
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools
Build and improve KPI frameworks and performance reporting in collaboration with business leaders
Maintain documentation for metric definitions, data sources, and calculation logic
Explore emerging data warehousing and analytics technologies to advance reporting capabilities
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data accessibility and efficiency
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align data structures with strategic planning needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data governance, or financial systems roles
Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality, or metadata management practices
Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools
Proficiency with ERP or financial systems and related reporting platforms
Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
Preferred
Exposure to data warehousing or modern analytics platforms
Familiarity with financial data architecture and governance best practices
Experience working with ERP planning or budgeting modules
Awareness of emerging AI or automation tools for analytics and reporting
