Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting activities, including daily bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and provide detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making
Supervise 8–10 team members across accounting, payroll, and administrative functions, fostering accuracy, accountability, and efficiency
Collaborate with store managers and company leadership to track profitability and align financial operations with business goals
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE POWERSPORTS, AUTOMOTIVE, MARINE, OR RV RETAIL DEALERSHIP AND/OR CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a 2-year accounting degree required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and/or financial management experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Proficiency with dealership or retail management systems (DMS) and standard accounting software
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in the powersports, motorcycle, or automotive industry is required
Preferred
bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
Lightspeed EVO preferred
