Responsibilities
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and loading data across multiple systems
Perform source-to-target data mapping and transformation, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL and reporting solutions
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Microsoft technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio
Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions, following best practices for architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning
Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data across systems
Document ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations clearly and comprehensively
Qualification
Required
Experience: 12+ years in ETL development and data integration roles
SQL Expertise: Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex query development, optimization, and performance tuning
ETL Development: Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple systems
Data Mapping & Transformation: Proven ability to perform source-to-target mapping and ensure data integrity
Microsoft BI Stack: Strong experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio
Data Warehousing: Knowledge of architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning best practices
Reporting & Dashboards: Experience in developing actionable SSRS reports and dashboards
Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve data integration and ETL issues effectively
Documentation: Strong skills in documenting ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations
Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
