They are seeking candidates for their Management Trainee Program designed for new graduates to develop skills across multiple aspects of the organization, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities
Spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to be successful across multiple aspects of the organization
Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values and culture
Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Residential/Commercial Sales
Wholesale/Branch sales functions
Distribution/Warehouse functions
Creating a great customer experience
Implement, demonstrate and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
Qualification
Required
Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering or a related field of study (Available to start June 2, 2025)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic
Ability to work in changing environments and see-through complexity
Willingness to travel during the training period
Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program
Preferred
Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering
Internship experience in any of the above is a plus
