Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for composite materials
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless production operations
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies
Participate in the design and development of new composite material products
Maintain and update production documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to production standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of composite materials and their manufacturing processes
Proficiency in production management software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing

Preferred

3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the composite materials industry
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with advanced composite manufacturing techniques such as autoclave processing, resin transfer molding (RTM), and filament winding
