Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint progress and timely delivery of commitments
Coach the team on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement
Collaborate with product owners to maintain a prioritized and well‑defined product backlog
Track, monitor, and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and delivery risks to stakeholders
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high‑performing team environment that aligns with Agile ways of working
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience with strong hands‑on Scrum Master expertise
Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and drive teams using Scrum and modern ways of working
Experience in removing impediments, improving delivery processes, and ensuring alignment across cross‑functional teams
