Consulting Technical Manager
Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking a Consulting Technical Manager for their Health Government Services Identity and Access Management team. This role involves leading technical team efforts, solution design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Health solutions, while supporting the VA IAM business and technical programs.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Engineering and Architecture Lead for all projects assigned for Identity and Access Management for Oracle Health Government Services
Lead the technical team (as the key leader) and solution design, implementation and deployment of the Oracle Health solutions
Support the overall implementation of the VA IAM business and technical program and leadership
Assist with IAM Engineering leading, reporting and customer coordination for all IAM Architecture deliverables including SVs, EVs, ICDs, design documents etc
Assist Oracle Health Cyber with analysis and recommendations for establishing future cyber IAM needs between VA, DoD, and VA
Attend, prepare for, and support the IAM weekly meetings and coordination with VA EHRM-IO IAM
Coordinate and work closely with Oracle Health solution and consulting teams (registration, RevCycle), technical interface teams (i.e. FSI, OPENLink, Open Engine), IAM teams (Cloud IAM, AD, Provisioning) as well as with the VA IAM teams on all new and existing IAM projects as directed
Provide team leadership and mentorship to other members of the Oracle Health IAM team
Assist with with production roll-out (deployment) and production troubleshooting for the existing and upcoming VA EHRM roll-outs
Assist with production data analysis for production and testing related to IAM projects, tickets, or other data needs
Provide customer presentations for solutions, designs, CDRs, and other business/technical meetings aligned to IAM
Report to senior leadership within Oracle Health on responsible projects and team deliverables
Travel required (up to 25%)
Qualification
Required
High level of technical expertise with the Oracle Health Millennium, FSI, Identity Integrations, and related IAM solutions
DB level hands-on experience as an Oracle Health (Cerner) Integration Architect (or similar role)
Experience leading technical teams and solution design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Health solutions
Ability to support the overall implementation of the VA IAM business and technical program and leadership
Experience with IAM Engineering leading, reporting, and customer coordination for all IAM Architecture deliverables including SVs, EVs, ICDs, design documents, etc
Ability to assist Oracle Health Cyber with analysis and recommendations for establishing future cyber IAM needs between VA, DoD, and VA
Experience attending, preparing for, and supporting IAM weekly meetings and coordination with VA EHRM-IO IAM
Ability to coordinate and work closely with Oracle Health solution and consulting teams, technical interface teams, IAM teams, and VA IAM teams on all new and existing IAM projects
Experience providing team leadership and mentorship to other members of the Oracle Health IAM team

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
