Responsibilities
Define and communicate contract renewal and pricing policies to support ongoing customer retention and business objectives
Review and update custom contract language to reflect evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
Maintain and revise service guides, product documentation, and related materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
Identify root causes and resolve system billing errors in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Ensure ongoing compliance with internal audit and remediation requirements, maintaining rigorous standards across all product lines
Plan and execute the retirement of features, offers, and products as appropriate, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless transitions
Drive and improve processes to migrate customers from legacy to strategic products, partnering with other product managers to maximize migration rates and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
