Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair AGV systems per project specifications
Perform electromechanical tasks including wiring, calibration, and hardware assembly
Configure and update AGV software components
Diagnose and resolve system issues using technical documentation and schematics
Maintain service records via the OMR ticketing system
Analyze system performance and report findings
Provide technical guidance to customer teams
Represent the client professionally during all customer interactions
Adhere to safety and quality standards
Recommend improvements to service processes and system performance
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in service or maintenance engineering (electromechanical systems)
Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science disciplines
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and diagnostic software tools
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience with PLCs, sensors, controllers, and embedded systems
Hands-on experience with wiring, soldering, and hardware integration
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory; Linux experience is a plus
Passport eligibility for potential travel
Strong organizational and communication skills
