Responsibilities
Answers telephone inquiries; screens calls; routes calls and takes messages; registers and schedules/reschedules patients (50%)
Frequently reconciles clinic wait list and ensures patients are scheduled in a timely manner (30%)
Works closely with Administrative Clinic Support Lead to initiate formal/informal activities with employees to develop departmental cohesion and collegiality. (10%)
Performs back-office administrative duties as needed (faxing, outbound phone calls, supply ordering, etc.) (10%)
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical role Required
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment Required
Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, and manage calendars
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong time-management skills and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
