Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations, service delivery, and installation projects
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of field supervisors and technicians
Build and refine operational systems, processes, and playbooks for scale
Drive key performance metrics: profitability, efficiency, client satisfaction, and team retention
Manage scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to maximize productivity
Partner with ownership on strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent as we scale
Maintain and strengthen our family-first, team-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
7+ years in commercial HVAC or a related trade, with 3+ years in operations leadership
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Experience scaling operations in a growth environment
Strong financial acumen—you understand P&L and can manage to budget
Systems thinker who can build processes that scale
Exceptional communication skills—you can rally a team and have tough conversations
Hungry, humble, and driven to build something meaningful
