Responsibilities
Support the build and implementation efforts of the Cupid system, ensuring all project milestones are met
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Cupid system to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cupid with existing systems and processes
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
Supply and reporting expertise strongly preferred
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Support Specialist in Cupid
Strong understanding of system implementation and support processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
