Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in Product Liability & Class Action Litigation
Defense experience in catastrophic injury cases
Significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery
Strong written communication skills
Strong oral advocacy skills
Attention to detail
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Admission to practice law in Michigan
Preferred
Experience within the automotive industry
Experience with e-discovery
