Senior Communications Specialist (internal only)
Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to communicate the university’s mission and story through various channels. The role involves managing content creation for internal communications and ensuring editorial standards are met across digital and print materials.

Responsibilities
Manages and creates content for •NKU• •in View•, including selecting, writing, and editing feature stories in collaboration with Development, Alumni Relations, and campus partners
Supports the Senior Director of Internal Communications with executive-level communications for the Office of the President as needed
Provides editorial oversight and copy editing for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring a consistent voice and adherence to AP style and institutional standards
Builds and maintains campus stakeholder relationships to source and develop internal and external content
Supports marketing, web, and digital teams with writing and proofreading as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience are required
Exceptional writing skills required
Proven success in managing multiple priorities simultaneously required
Project management experience, including managing demanding and rapidly changing schedules and collaboration with different personality types
